ingredients:
1kg pork shoulder/kasim/groundpork
2tsp salitre/pink salt
1 cup potato starch
250ml cold water
2tbsp white sugar
1tbsp salt
2tbsps Oil
double ground the meat, add all dry ingredients first then mix water and all. put in a container or mold, cure for 24hrs before steaming for 20minutes in medium heat
