Very helpful idea to use the dental floss loop. Putting beads on fringe has stumped me until now. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and your talents!

Hello there! Happy New Year to you!
I was just wondering if more than 5 beads could be used for each "strand" of the fringing?
In addition, is it possible to use this technique to add tiny beads to a ball of yarn before knitting with it? I don't think it would work with small sparkling metal sequins or if the yarn is too thick.
I would be grateful for your advice please.
    Many thanks. 🌷🌷🌷

Yes, you can use as many (or few) beads as you'd like on each strand of the fringe.
To answer your second question. This method is one possible option for adding beads to your yarn before you start knitting, though many knitters place them as needed as they knit instead of adding them to the yarn before. Happy making to you, and let us know if you have any follow-up questions. Best, Tiffany

1:07 I’m wondering if you wet finish before putting the beads on and twisting? Thank you
