This was the best explanation I have ever seen. Now I won't fear the process. Please make a video on hemstitching at the beginning. I fear that even more!
I guess im randomly asking but does anybody know a method to get back into an instagram account? I stupidly forgot my account password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Nehemiah Grey thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
It's the same process. Make sure you have a couple inches woven before you do the hemstitch. You could just turn your loom upside down to do it in the same direction as the video.
If you're planning on ending the project with a hemstitch, do you leave four times the width when you start the project at the very beginning? Forethought.
Yes we do! We often will do the hemstitch at the beginning after we have woven just a few inches so we don't have to worry about the extra length hanging off the project!
Thank you for such a clear video. I especially appreciate your demonstrating it from right to left as that’s a more intuitive approach for me.
I know I can always count on The Woolery for clear, simple demonstrations. Thank you!
Great video and close-ups was excellent, thank you!
This is great! This is my first project I’m finishing and this video was easy to follow.

It's the same process! If you're confused about the direction just turn your loom upside down!

@Nehemiah Grey It did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. I am so happy!
Thank you so much, you saved my account!
Thanks for posting this instruction. I have consulted it many times.
Nice and easy way to secure the end of the weaving. How do you repeat this finish at the beginning of the woven piece?
I am curious about this as well!

Hard to see because your hand obscured the camera
will this hemstitch work if you don't want fringes?
I have the same question
Not so easy for a floor loom :-)
