- In order to provide you with a pristine ASMR soundscape free of distractions, Esperanza and Fernanda headed out to a remote mountain. This special ASMR massage treatment has lots of soft, gentle whispering and tingly ASMR sounds & triggers that we sincerely hope will help you relax and find peace and restful, healing sleep. Doña Esperanza really took her time to work on Fernanda's hair this time and used local medicinal herbs, simple everyday items, and her own knowledge and skill to alleviate her stress and anxiety and help her relax. part of my family comes from Finland 🇫🇮 and the way Esperanza used the plants is similar to how finns use birch branches and other plants in the sauna. even the movements she was making were familiar to me in a different way 😌 i love seeing similarities between cultures, it’s so beautiful

Russians use birch brooms in the bathhouse)) It’s a whole ritual to take a steam bath with birch brooms))) And yes, her movements immediately reminded me of the bathhouse.
I didn't know tree branches and medicinal plants were used as ancient methods of asmr.

Doña Esperanza reminds me so much of my abuelita.. I experienced tingles for the first time with my grandma! She would do my hair all the time growing up, and would whisper to me and give me head scratches. She was so absolutely gentle , and I just miss her so very much. Thank you for bringing me back to her, even for a moment.

This is by far my favorite ASMR channel. The combination of unique cultural traditions that are unfamiliar to me, the wonderful language, the maternal vibe of all of the women.
