Es una forma de relajacion muy especial. Me di cuenta hace poco. Osea cuando uno recibe un masaje, cuando termina, la relajacion acaba. Pero en cuanto a la limpia, esa se queda. ❤ Yo veo mucho ASMR. Pero solo esto me relaja de verdad. Es como una forma de relajacion activa. Ademas de que sigo aprendiendo algunas palabras en espanol.
