When I bought my hamster I purchased a potty with the intent to potty train but she knew what to use it for. Yay. When I got my 2nd hammy, got her a potty, she did not get the hang of it 🤦🏻♀️. I love her just the same. ☺️. Thank you for this wonderful video. 💕
I watched this video two years ago when I first got my hamster and was able to easily potty train him to pee in the sandbox. It made cleaning the cage so much easier and I honestly think he likes it too. Thank you!
yes! then your hamster will like using the poppy! but not everytime cause the hamster will think that if he use it, he will always get treats and keep sleeping in the poppy or not leaving it too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm normally really picky when it comes to shopping at pet stores and online for treats because I just don't know if they are healthy for my hamster, and most of them are not! Well, I though everyone do that, no? When I was a kid, my hamsters (I had 2, brothers, syrian hamsters) had their own 'toilet' (with litter sand) and 'bathroom' (with sandbath), and they loved sleeping with tissue sheets (the more the better, they had tearing-tissue-party kinda stuff) in their 'shared bedroom'. They lived in a large aquarium full with hamsters toys (since they were escape artists, we found glass aquarium with top cover more safe and easiest to clean than cage, I cleaned it every 2-3 days, and we also scheduled vet check every month. They seemed pretty happy, convenient and healthy before died because of old age, both buried side by side under mango tree in our garden. Dang, I really miss those silly fluffy goofballs. Sorry guys, childhood memories kicked in.
