The sunlighten guy that I talked to was so annoying. I've had sauna and red light panels for years and knew much more than he did yet he kept trying to give me false information. He also disparaged Matt. That was the last straw for me and I told him to keep his sauna. Probably not his fault, that's what his boss put together in the sales script, but totally self defeating.
High Tech Sauna has been absolutely amazing! Haven’t seen you mention that company before. Curious to know your thoughts about their lower nnEMF and nnELF along with lowest VOC poplar wood and far-infrared tech?

Matt just wondering after your experiment is it worth just getting red light panels rather than a sauna especially if you’re tight on space
I have a Radiant Healh sauna that has different colored lights on the “ceiling”. Do these lights actually provide any benefit?
