Wheeler Geological Area, Creed, Colorado

I had spotted Wheeler Geological Area on the internet while researching places to go. It looked so cool from the photos I saw, there was no doubt that it was a destination I could not pass up.
While it's not far from Creed, Colorado as the crow flies, it's a long trip either by vehicle or on foot. In my opinion, the journey was well worth it.
