IDBI ne bhi po program launch Kiya hai Lekin usmein 4 manth ka nahin de rakha usmein direct 2 manth aur 6 month ka de rakha hai aur IBPS board dwara exam le rahe hain
IDBI is much more better than this program, with more salary and allowances. Also the diploma which idbi is giving is Post graduate diploma in banking and finance. Also your money of the program will get refunded in deffered annual installment. And after 3 years of service you'll be promoted to assistant manager grade which as equivalent to a govt. Bank PO.
