Lovely house and neighbourhood. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom room is do for those who can't do much stairs. I noticed black mold in thd rooms downstairs and the dark stains on the ground outside is the same. Please get fungicide to spray on it to kill it otherwise it will make occupants sick overtime. I have noticed it on properties in cooler areas like Mandeville on these property tours. Somd of thd layout serms odd, but maybe the original designer knew what they had in mind. The first room to the left ad you walk in is living room or lounge and the one bg thd kitchen is as well if you like that open plan next to kitchen layout. The kitchen is huge and i would be proud to live there and cook in there 😊 and thd little lizard running through the house at the start feels the same 😅 kitchen can have an island and nice dining table as well as space for extra storage cupboards. The small room could be a home office to work from home. Good sized washroom with direct access to outside. Nice idea for a powderoom aka guest bathroom i would put a shower in it. The master suite is a lovely space i like thsyt thdy closet is in the bathroom and i would put a corner bath in there 🎉 The back garden will need a landscape designer to make it look good But before all that, the black mold inside and outside would need to be treated because it can cause major illnesses to anyone inside to outside or outside the house I'm not joking please research it. Wonderful place nonetheless 👍🏻😊
