Not a fan of sushi, but this game looks cool to me! And when I'm not playing with my wife I REALLY enjoy solos. So this is getting closer to a buy for me.
That's not how the multiplayer game works, so, unless I missed something in the solo rules that changes things, then I don't believe that is how solo works either. I cannot find a copy of the solo rules online to double check, so I will have to wait until I am at home to check if this is something that is changed for the solo game. In the multiplayer game (at least) all ingredients stay on the board after being added, and I highly suspect this is the same in the solo mode.

good playthrough, but you made an error, after you make the sushi youre supposed to take the ingredients off the board.

I have confirmed that neither in the multiplayer nor the solo mode are you supposed to remove ingredients from the board when you make sushi.
