I think you missed the unique "splash zone" feature that JTA brings. In the off-ride footage, you can see that the splash zone is basically as popular as the ride itself. There's definitely some value there, although I don't think it makes up for the opportunity cost of what could have just been a typical shoot the chutes, which brings more of a spectacle with the splash, and gets riders more wet. This ride does just seem meh all around.

it was so cold when I visited this park, I was just happy to get the credit without getting soaked
