Wow, TH-cam recommended this video to me on my homepage, even though I stopped playing Neverwinter years ago. After playing it for some time, I realized they keep changing the game just when I manage to achieve my goals! 😅 The game has undergone so many transformations over the years that it feels like an entirely different experience now. Plus, the daily limit of 100k really hampers my progression over time. I used to have a blast playing this game and reminisce about the good times. However, I ultimately quit due to the developers' greed and the constant game alterations. It felt like every time I finally obtained the best gear possible as a free-to-play player, they would introduce significant changes. i will never go back to this game, but i love to see that people are having fun with it.
Currently as a free to play player, theres alot of good stuff for us. I do miss the old neverwinter, but having account wide maxed out enchantments, companions, mounts, its just easier to have new characters and expand. I remember back in the day i spent 10 million ad on a swift golden lion for pvp. Now that lion has an account wide version selling for like 200k ad. Its a different game but some small things like those i think are better for US and easier for devs to balance. Item level actually matters now. (old players always find this funny, im at 90k item level and my build still isnt done lol) On top of that, stuff is actually hard now. The rewards are slowly becoming more and more lacking though. The game is legitimately soooo much different from the golden age, and now we only get one more module until the current dev team gets completely replaced which idk how i feel about.
I also quit for years. But, I went to a Renaissance festival. My DnD feeling came back. But I'm getting tired of it again. I'll be on a long break again soon. Thanks for sharing.

My xbox one x broke,and I've been saving for the series x. I miss this game so much 😢 with multiple characters idk if I'll ever catch up
