What is the ost use?
I have a theory that IB doesn't destroy supernatural,but instead absorbs it. IB holds everything it absorbed across the history within it, and stuff like dragons are some of the strongest things it absorbed. With this function IB might be not just a reference point to return the world to normal, but also as a way to store important spells for the future
well thats a good theory but NT22R would debunk that...Touma didn't had IB at that time and still had the dragon shell
I'd go further and say that overtime these powers fuse together and that's what actually created these dragons.
That or IB is a seal and over time the entity lost himself and separated itself without knowing which gave birth to all these powers. The conscious woke up in his battle against Fiamma but went back to sleep.
I mean it makes sense cos the invisible thing was stated to have grown since WW3 by Aiwass, with Touma's arm eventually bursting in NT22
Well Aiwass mentioned that Aleister was doing detours to make IT grown, and that it's pureness leave much to be desired
But i still like that theory
The problem is that characters already said that what's truly special is him,not just the hand
What really caught my biggest attention was not "how dragons", but "why dragons".
Considering how much Kamachi stressed on the symbology and meaning of dragons in NT 22R, there's a lot of speculation.
I really think the current scenario in the novels poses a great chance to explore this.

There have been many theories on these colourful serpents from Hadit, to the Philosopher's Stone and The rebirth of St.George's Dragon. One current idea I have is Touma is the #0 Level 5. In NT21 Aleis-Tan when talking about Anna Spergal brings up a theory of a #0 level 5. Then when Anna Spergal does turn up, in NT22R she and Aiwass connect Touma to The Fool which is the #0 card in the Tarot deck. After his talk with Dion, Touma then starts calling himself and KnT The Wandering #0….We know The level 5's are ranked on how useful they are to Aleister's plan and we all know who is said to be the key to his whole plan. Anyways with how big a brain Aleister is who's to say the level 5's are just ranked by 7 down to 1?

I kinda want a video theorizing what the abilities of 8/7 other dragons are.
On another note, the Dragon Form(s) in NTR22 could be one of those of the dragons that we haven't seen, leaving the possibility that Touma or someone else who host them could use the dragons as some type of armor. The Angel Dragon 'taking over' Kimi could be a similar effect to it, though unlike Touma it like merged with her, Touma (and KnT) could take it off at will (well except on the right arm part).
Always find the Dragons so interesting along with every power in Toaru franchise. Nice video.

I'm going to be honest, when I saw the angel Dragon getting destroyed by Misaka, part of me wondered if it went back to Kamijou or of it's the last we see of it. Being the second could mean there is ways to defeat them and not just to seal them. Of course, defeating that while not letting Kimi to die needed one of the most savage and extreme Deus ex Machina I ever saw not just in Rail gun, or even Index franchise, but in anime-manga industry. That said, AAA and Platinum wings Accelerator may have gotten to that level, but Kamijou probably would want to save them anyways.
It's not like KnT and touma traded ability. It is simply a symbolism of the position held by KnT and touma. At first it is KnT with imagine breaker facing a monster (dragon) touma before the reveal. After touma dragon shell got negated by imagine breaker, the situation reversed where it is now touma in the position of the human and KnT as the rejected monster regardless of imagine breaker position. In fact the two duked it out a bit in their dragon form while KnT still had the imagine breaker.
Excellent video. I love seeing all this interesting information laid out in such a way it is very easy to follow and learn. I always get something out of them. I hope the angelic dragon made it's way back to Touma. I doubt they would just kill it off really. He is more deserving of it in my opinion anyways lol. I had no idea the other dragons existed and the fact they are cannon is pretty cool. I would definitely love to see a big enough threat level to see them all unleashed. That would be kick butt. Of course, got to have Accelerator there unleashing his mighty fury too. great work once again and look forward to the next.

The fire dragon- his fight with stylis
The lighting dragon -mikoto
The blind dragon- well that could be a lot of things

And the last 3 I don’t know they could be from before he lost his memories

People should also look into the Philosopher's Stone the dragon shells themselves are linked with it. Not only that but in the book there were two dragons guarding a treasure and that treasure is the Philosopher's stone.

The green dragon with the multiple eye powers and a melodious singing voice that can destroy shadow metal eh? I have a feeling that Dragon is going to show up at some point in the Mental Out Manga and unfortunately destroy the Shadow Metal cubes containing the previous espers consciousnesses. I am hoping that the dragon is kind enough to give an explanation of what the dragons inside Touma actually are and team up with Shokuhou to stop the shadow metal threat as it learns of her dedication to Touma.
I have a theory that the dragons are all humans that had imagine breaker in their right hand in the past. I say in their right hand specifically because Mathers used imagine breaker in artifact form in the past and he is not a dragon when fought in the story. The dragons being previous wielders would explain why they are bound to Touma as he is the current IB wielder and they choose to stick with him as a way to counterbalance his misfortune. At least that is what I initially thought until the Angel Dragon left Touma
by getting too hungry and wanting more energy than Touma's constant supernatural conflicts can give it. I am hoping the Angel Dragon is not really dead and returned to Touma as seeing the dragons die sort of destroys the awe they have if you know they can die it would destroy their hype. Also I can picture the Angel Dragon returning to IB severely weakened and pathetic and the other dragons telling it that it deserved what happened and give Angelic the biggest verbal beatdown for its greed.
Also there need to be more stories about the dragons interacting with Touma in his dreams or even with other characters. For example misaka meets the lightning dragon who decides to stick with her for a day and they get competitive who has better lightning control. Someone please make a fanfiction of this idea..

With how his arm works, I’m starting to think it’s not an arm or a prison. But the form of the first layer / phase.
It’s always there. It cancels out all super natural stuff. And it has 8 dragons in it. The most iconic and expected thing when it comes to fantasy.
Possibly representing the entities in the layer after the original aka the second layer.
Plus it’d contrast World Rejector perfectly. One isekais stuff to the unknown. The other smacks the supernatural with the ‘world’ that was the foundation for everything.

They are not the same as Imagine Breaker, it is used as a seal to keep those powers within Touma's arm

I have theory that the Dragons are the concepts of what’s in the Bible or Pure World/phases.
I’m very disappointed with Dragon Shell. Moving at Saint speed, taking on a Railgun and can fly. However getting hurt by knives and forks is pathetic and really bad.
I have a theory that this isn’t Dragon Shell’s true form. Maybe Shell can probably be the embodiment or combine form of all Dragons. At full power can possibly be the strongest in the entire series. However Touma hasn’t access it yet because it’s difficult and he hasn’t mastered IB. Plus Anna knows the truth.

Taking a stab in the dark, most likely dragon shell isn't mean to be used like it is in NT22R but rather more like a membrane that cover touma while touma turned into full blown dragon. The two dragon shell, one on the outside covering touma and the other in the inside bursting from KnT body is supposed to be one package

I think that all eight dragons that appeared in the Daihaseisai arc can be called Dragon King. The dragon you call Dragon King is called the First Dragon.
I think that the name Dragon King is a way of describing the rank or power of the dragon.
That's probably why the dragon shell was so weak compared to the kings.
The Shell was just born, while the kings are probably older.
We could call the Shell the dragon prince.
It comes from the first dragon being referred to as the jaw of the dragon king, if that same description is used for the others lemme know 👍
@@AeonofHorus The first dragon is called the first dragon by the Railgun Editor. While the name Dragon King comes from "Jaw of the Dragon King" which is a kind of second name to Dragon Strike (kind of a second name like Illusion Killer for Imagine Breaker).
