Today i got take out food from Thanh Xuan Cafe in Vancouver, Canada.

Thanh Xuan is located in Kingsway street in East Vancouver. They only serve banh cuon there and few other items. It is Vancouvers most popular place for these steam vietnamese rice rolls.
Its a very small restaurant that only has 3 tables in there and usually people will buy it and take it togo. You can call in and order for pick up or you can eat inside the restaurant. the restaurant is very small and only has 3 tables.
Banh cuon is a vietnamese thin rice roll that is filled with pork and wood ear mushroom. We got two kinds which is a vegetarian one with no filling and one of the classics.
each meal comes with herbs and veggies, fish sauce and cha chien which is a vietnamese pork sausage.
