The arrow should be pointing upwards bro not down like you said. Because if you look carefully the filter case has the arrow pointing towards the cab.

Yes, theres a little filter just like the bunk. Hard to get to though. It breaks up on contact.

No, you may have bigger issues.... AC compressor and or drier, freon may be very low. Etc... the filter just helps the blower motor to perform properly.

@@royfredericks2231 I have put a new reservoir,new thermostat plus flushed the radiator out it does good until I load the trailer that’s when it runs hot but when I stop and just let it run it cools off

@@brendalacy784 I see you're talking about the engine temperature. I'm not a mechanic but my truck will run 221 degrees on flat but definitely will overheat over hills. My indicator is when the fan kicks in. I try to avoid hills and heavy loads. Gl
