It's way easier on the new Cascadias. There's a panel on the passenger side that you pull off by hand and the filter is just right behind it and easy to remove. Takes 2 seconds to get to it.
No doubt! I work in fleet for our company with some new Cascadias and older ones. I laugh when I pull filters for PMs because the recirc filters for new ones are always low inventory but there's a whole stack for the older ones that never depletes haha!
That’s crazy. You went through all that trouble to pull a filter out and WASH it. Bro, go to Freightliner and get one it’s like 5-10 bucks. You can afford it, don’t worry.
Hey bro its not about money, it is about to get excess to remove from there, by the way it is a foam filter and ideally good idea to remove every month to keep it clean.
I don’t understand when you do a video pertaining to some kind of repairs and you just keep on talking and not really showing the steps to get it done. How did you remove and replace the filter????
if you try to get the same area and at list to remove the cover and get the flash light to light down there ,i am very sure you would be able to figure it out yourself ,you just complained and have not even looked there.
What is the reason to cheat? I'm here to help others, if you find anything useful here that's good ,if not maybe you can have a better idea and show us how to do it?
@@nikalaexpress711dog how is it cheating by asking how you removed it, especially when that's what your video is titled as, maybe don't be a dick and a lazy punk and feckin show us!!
You did it wrong. All you have to move is the all the screws in front to remove the vent and the blower inside the blower you'll see the filter when you switch the HVAC to recirculate. Remove the filter and replace it with a new one. and put everything back. DONE DUH 🙃🙃
This is madness but I'm gonna pull that mess apart today to get my filter in.....
It's easier to get to if you go to the cuby hole.

If You would get there and try it yourself, will give you a clear understanding of how to take it out.
