His voice is like candy for my ears
"in my entire life"/ "in our entire lives" has to be the most overused phrase by the Manics in the early 90s. Richey and Nicky use it near-constantly in these early interviews ... it makes me smile every time.
Always amuses me that he said what Faith No More did at the Cumbria hotel was disgusting with that cheeky little smile as if he doesn't disapprove at all

He does appear pretty uncomfortable, it's really not easy talking to a piece of plastic though (a camera) in a darkend room with a few studio crew, it's nothing like talking to a real person, you are talking to seemingly 'nothing' with all attention on you. I'm not surprised he did one, media can be a hell of a place to be, if your not careful it becomes more about money and manipulation & merchandise than it does about the art that projected you there.The boys have kept it real, good for them.
