- Hi everyone, welcome or welcome back to the channel. Today we are celebrating a new milestone because we just passed 2000 subscribers. Still a small number in the grant scheme of this platform, but I'm still very blessed that more than 2000 of you people have discovered the channel and decided to join. So here's a bit of a longer video for you guys to relax to. Let's get to 3000 subs by the end of this month :)

@@JessinASMR For me going to the gym for the first time is intimidating because I don’t really know what to do as a beginner, what exercises are best to bulk up as a skinny guy and also how to use certain machines. I will push myself and go tho, just need to psych myself up haha
