The biggest factor which I'm curious if the panel discussed is Mr Beast has a lot of children and young people that follow him, he has these susceptible kids and teens running around for him because he's created this parasocial relationship which is all revenue for him.
He has a whiff of Subway Jared about him, but I am suspicious of any grown man trying to endear himself by selling junk food, and in this case to pre-tweens to tweens.
I, for one, welcome our new (non-insect) overlord.

I think the key issue here though, which they may be afraid to discuss because... it may be a bit of an eye-opener to them, is that Mr Beast didn't create the content farm to merchandising model, it's the organic marketing model of the modern age which has been growing for years, pushing the old market, and the more typical marketing techniques, aside because it's simply more effective to foster a market of personality in a world in which people can once again choose the advertisements they see.
He just got to a point where his reach was too big for any brand to pay for. So he had to get on the profit side, rather than just rely on marketing budgets of big brands.
