SLM only repeated what's in the DEVBLOGs. Which states it will be a 15% for the first ship only. Bringing it down to 30,600 steel which is much more in line with the rest. Edit: 30,600 not 30,400
36k for these ships is absurd. Almost wonder if this is an internal bet between WoWs executives: "will they buy an ordinary ship for 36k simply due to fear of missing out?"
Honestly 36k steels is crazy expensive for some of these ship's..i get it for archer and shinano probably cause of the historical interpretation but some of these are just mediocre..
My first time being in a PQ video, as the Khaba in the first game no less (got my ass handed to me bcs the other dd from the flank went middle and Im trying to learn dds so Im still quite bad) Props for the video PQ

So a Schulz with better HE and Elbing AP with 6km hydro. Why would I take it over the Z42, the other Steel AP focused German gunboat DD? The German smoke of Hoffmann is certainly worse than the short duration one on Z42 as well.😅

Dont play Khaba on the cap if you can run away. Khaba is really more of a flank cap type ship
learning how to play DD on khaba is maybe not the best decision lol
