She can escape Police custody with very little. She picks the locks of her Handcuffs at one point with Oyakudon during her event. No, It is not elaborated on how, just that she did.
I spent 160 pulls and the only good ones I got were Shiroko, Tsurugi, and Ako, I also got Hifumi and onsen Nodoka who I don’t really care about, me getting Shiroko and two Hoshinos in one pull was the worst out of that
This is why you never go into a banner you really want with less than 200 pulls. I've done 190 before and not gotten the pity. Sucks but learn from your mistake and save.
