Hi Hoobs Garage I am the guy from the LincolnsOnLine forum, that is some sorry looking green crusties in that wire, glad you got your car fixed and turn that oil filler cap around it's driving my OCD crazy, never have it facing the engine, either to the right or forward is acceptable. Nice looking Toxic Orange Challenger in the intro, my second favourite Challenger colour behind Redline 3 and just above F8 green. Many regards

I’m almost certain I have this exact same issue I’d love to see the specific instructions for inspecting that wire harness would you mind posting the text from the Forum that you were in.
@zh2os I don't really have any instructions they just told me where the wiring harness began, which was right there at the connector. I can tell you mine was a red wire with a silver stripe and red with black stripe that goes to the ac compressor. Lucky the break in my wire was right at the connector. Hope you get it figured. I just got my friends 03 town car, supposedly she had a shop look at her AC they couldn't find a leak, now it's my turn, the clutch doesn't engage and there's no power to the connector, swapped relays and there's a diode in the fuse box under the hood that says it's for the AC, I haven't tried putting power directly to the compressor yet, I'll check this area for green crusties, she got another car and wants to sell the Lincoln, I'll keep trying.
