  • When training the aerobic system on the TrueForm Runner, you'll need to consider your Maximum Aerobic Function Heart Rate - MAF. In this video we talk about MAF as well as some key considerations you'll want to use to improve your fitness training on a TrueForm Runner.
    In the video you'll learn:
    1. How to do "A" skips and (quick) running form to warm up on the TrueForm Runner
    2. Using backwards walking as a warm up and teaching tool for the TrueForm Runner
    3. Understanding and using the Max Aerobic Heart Rate - MAF - with clients. That equation is 180 - age +/- 5 (+ if the client is in good shape with no injuries and - if they have any injuries etc)
    4. If and when you can use barefoot running on the TrueForm Runner
