Future Trunks should have went in with Piccolo the second time in the Chamber. Trunks combat skills from Future GOhan is pretty much learned from Piccolo. Both would have massive results if they went in together.

I see now so in that future there was no sale game so nobody was actually super Saiyan 2. But that doesn't really make that much sense because super Saiyan 1 couldn't beat the Androids at all
