This summer, the Summer Olympics had the whole world looking to Paris. Before athletes from different nations competed for medals and world records, an ideological battle took place at the Olympic Village. Price conducted in-depth studies of traditional cultures around the world to determine what part diet, nutrition, and lifestyle play in the development and maintenance of the human body. He published his findings in the masterful “Nutrition and Physical Degeneration.” 85 years later, there’s a lot we can learn from this book.
