@@efootballempire3468 the land has increased in 15,500. As I mentioned, we were selling under market value. The market is brutal and I cannot do anything about it. There are other locations for people with lower budgets. Payment plans come with a price increase. 6 months payment plan is GHS 70,000

One plot is .16 acres. When you out up the road with the 70ft by 100ft, you get 5 plots from 1 acre.
