You haven't stuffed it properly obviously. My dog does the same thing and things will fall out but not everything. Make sure to stuff the food in more tightly and try freezing it. Also try using more wet/sticky ingredients. Kibble is great but if it's not stuffed properly they're all going to fall out. Good luck.
Nobody on the web has ever shown how a dog finishes a Kong. My dog eats it for ten minutes, can't reach more and get tired of it. How the hell does a dog finish a Kong? Someone please upload a video from start to finish
If your dog has trouble getting to the bottom, put the bottom half kibble or something easy to get out and put the sticky stuff on the upper half. One of my dogs will get every bit out and my other (a puppy) can’t get down to the bottom.
Haha it depends on the dog. Your dog is probably being lazy (nothing wrong with that). Usually my dog will continue until most of it is empty. I freeze the Kong so it can take him about 45mins at least. Then it gets the better of him and he takes a break. Maybe naps and is right back to it. Other times he's so bored and energetic he finishes it in about 30. The amount you stuff is also going to impact the length of time Make sure to use foods and treats your dog loves and will be motivated to get out. Lastly the freezer is a Kong's BFF.

Try stuffing it with peanut butter and food then freeze it. Give it to them frozen.
