That looks and acts raw to me, really challenging material. I heat treated some identical Edwards chert, 325-ish for 5 hours plus the ramp ups/downs. Much improvement in flake travel and ability to thin, but it breaks in half and the edges ring crack a lot more easily. I almost always work raw stone and use steel. Steel is the wrong thing for this particular heat treat, but I broke most of my test batch before figuring that out and having success with copper. Managed to get 6:1 on a small dart point, best I could do raw was 4:1 and I can usually get 6-7:1 pretty easily with most raw cherts if I'm careful. I'll get more of this Edwards stuff, seems worth the trouble to spall and heat treat but raw is misery, thank you again for answering my questions before about this stone. I found some darker colored spalls that were so hard when raw that I absolutely could not work them, hit them as hard as I could with a steel tool and just get a little chip, heat treatment helped but they are super-fragile, probably hopeless for making points but now I know. I like the Merrill Martindale Wilson trilogy, also the Marcos Marshall Castroville trilogy, there are differences which make it easy to tell which one to do depending on how the rock is working out. Size, too, I think the Castroville and Wilson are typically larger.

I think if you knapped the points and then haft them on a primitive arrow , you would increase your channels appeal….then sell the finished arrows, or shoot them at a target.
