I play the trombone and I say is great i normally play 1st trombone for all my songs but would not hurt for a 3rd trombone to bring lower tone to brass
A third trombone is a bass trombone, so it should copy the tuba's part.
I can play 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. It really depends on what my instructor wants me to do. I normally play first tho

I played this for my spring concert . Only problem was that the trumpets in my school are lazy and don't practice, so on the day of the concert the band director asked us trombones to play along with them during their time alone with the melody .....
Confused Fox it really sucks when a section doesn't practice, it really ruins it for the ones who do... sadly at my school pretty much ever section doesn't practice. except for mine, when I tell them to practice they hop to it lol

That feeling when you’re trying to play the snare/suspended cymbal part on your legs but you’ve been out of band so long without practicing on your legs in between tries that the skin has actually healed too much and hurts to play on 😂 Idk if that even makes sense to anyone else, but god it hurts, I’m playing on a pillow now, because it’s like midnight but I felt like playing some pep band music 🤷♀️

I'm a first and the trumpet sound in this video sounds exactly how I play it...only difference is that this piece exaggerates it's articulation (in a good way) in which my high school band don't really focus on...(not say we we don't focus articulation in general) especially the trumpet sound
