      today tmrrw 42% for an nba player is terrible bro. That’s inefficient for a professional nba player. The worse teams in the nba are shooting 43% from the field. Steph curry, Kevin’s Durant, Larry bird all had season shooting similar % from the 3 as iverson shot from the entire field. Iverson played most of his career without hand checking, hand checking was taken out in the 03-04 season, iverson retired in 2010. Lack of Handchecking didn’t change his career, his scoring didn’t change much per 100 position, what changes season to season was his usage rate. And his highest scoring season he had a negative plus/minus. And that’s the definition of inefficient. Scoring 33 ppg and having little impact on the games. What got iverson to become irrelevant was his lack of team contributions and all about his numbers. Nba team also started to lean towards more efficiency and iverson was becoming a huge liability, a 18 ppg score with a negative plus/ minus

    1. Everyone already mentioned he bigger and stronger than everyone so you think he still can't get to the whole?
    2. If the league was more physical how come no one thinks Lebron would be able to be more physical on offense and really lay someone out going to the hole?
    3. If people could hand check Lebron then guess what? Lebron would be able to hand check them to and no one would be getting passed him.
    It works both ways that argument is stupid. I mean if John Stockton (6'1 176 pounds) could keep up with the physicality of the game at the point in time where everyone says was the most physical and excel then why wouldn't Lebron be able to? lol like come on really?

    I remember Iverson as a rookie dropping 40 burgers against MJ and Pippen, I remember him giving the Twin Towers Spurs 40burgers, he's a goat

    Its similar but Id give the nod to Iverson….it was his run that made me fall in love with basketball…..those game 7s vs the Raptors and Bucks…..and then came out and punched the Lakers in the mouth in game 1…..when I went to sleep after game 1 I really thought Iverson was going to win a chip….he only got 1 game in that finals but that was enough to cement his legacy.

    Hose talks about LBJ not showing up but him as a role player with the Cavs never really showed up for his role, LBJ was all alone with nothing but bums For some reason House does not want to own up to it. Its fun to ride in the passenger seat until its time to push when the cars out of gas

    Lebron built this team...he is the GM. Iverson had a team handed to him and did more with them.

      As of now we do know iverson went to the NBA finals with that team. Lebron still has to overcome this celtic team to even make a case. What Lebron is doing is off the charts but whats more impressive? To me its for sure Iverson.

    • @kelvinwilkes1050

      Did more?? Definitely not....yeah he went to the finals but he only won 1 game. Which is extremely impressive! I'm a huge A.I fan but this could really go either way. These old dudes just wanna make their era seem better but LeBron played with hand checking too.

      You get Steven Jackson up there and you get the trifecta of former role player, non hall of fame players that haaaaaaate LeBron!!!! Even Paul Peirce has come around (HOFer).TMac,Zeke,Shaq,Kenny,Chuck,Pip, Mr Big shot,Magic etc, all recognize greatness regardless of era. Regardless if they think MJ Is the 🐐! And they are allll HOFers!!! These 2...man the hate is ooozing out! And iHate Whitelock btw!

    Iverson was on a team with defensive players that average under 10 pts. Everybody knew where the ball was going to and he still did what he did. Iverson is a beast if he played in today's NBA he would've had 6 straight 50pt+ games.

    Nobody can deny how amazing Lebron James is. But what Allen Iverson did was nothing short of amazing. Back then the league was so much tougher and aggressive, and AI was tiny compared to most NBA Players. For him to fight pound for pound and attack the hoop like he did and score that many 40+ point games was incredible. The guy was a beast. What Lebron is doing right now today is impressive but it is NOT as impressive as what AI did back in '01

  • @billhair9552
    @billhair9552 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    This isnt even close. Lebron averaged 9reb 9 ast.
    AI 4reb 6ast. Plus he is shooting 38%.
