@@rossmeyer7230 ive checked those out, they dont sound like the album versions or even what im hearing here. way more like an HM2 chainsaw sound, but crazy noisy and way too much feedback. still get that chainsaw tone when turning the noise gate up. am i missing something?
@@rossmeyer7230 ive found those loathe presets to be the absolute muddiest, indistinguishable, unarticulated tones out of the entire gojira plugin. which is disappointing, because i bought my own bass vi (Harley Benton Guitarbass VS). slapped a SD hot rail in it (it was literally a constant speaker blowing screech without any sort of humbucking capability that the stock single coils offered, so dont @ me with my pickups being too high output) , and it still sounds like absolute dog crap.
This was sick! Nailed playing and guitar tone! The irony that I actually have the subzero baritone bass VI and Archtype Gorjira with their guitar tones on and my guitar tone still doesn't sound as good as this! 🙌🏼
It’s actually quite the opposite with these Baritones. Because of how low tuned they are, high output pickups would sound horribly muddy and messy. Tuning this low, you need lower output humbuckers or some form of single coil.

Did you have to change the strings to get to the EAEADF# or did you just tune the stock strings up?

The pickups in the subzero are terrible, probably some of the worst I’ve ever used
Its nice modern amps and plug ins dont need the hottest of hot pickups to sound right.

Single coils are literally better for low tunings. The clarity is unmatched. Shouldn’t be surprising that it sounds this good honestly
