The loft space is shaping up to be a great living space. The rug is perfect for the size. I don't think you'd want anything bigger. The amount of furniture is enough. I like the less is more type of room. You don't want to over crowd it. But it gives a potential buyer and idea of what the space looks like with some furnishings & decor pieces. Your little area could use a small sleeper sofa. I can't wait for the final reveal of the cottage. Great job!

Ahhh Emily, you are the Queen of decor and building. This place is really taking shape. I love the loft area!! You are so so talented and I always appreciate your enthusiasm!! Once this big project is done, would you ever consider doing a few videos on showing in detail, the basics of repairs (ie), Putting screws in the walls for hanging items or changing out a faucet or even building a basic simple bench. Step by step instructions. Maybe it is only me but I could really use some help in this department so that I can feel confident to do these things on my own.

I’m sorry I have one more comment. Those pillow covers are a really good find. I haven’t been able to find affordable pillow covers with patterns I wanted with a high end look. I order my plain ones in 2 pks from Amazon still. So I think I’m nearing the end of my pillow cover purchases for years to come unless I get out of neutrals (which I hope I don’t). So I’ve purchased I dunno how many prints and patterns from pottery barn, Etsy and a couple from high end stores. I have more than I’m probably ever gonna use now because when I found a good one I’d ad to cart, then to save shipping I’d add another. So this past week I’ve realized I’m starting to not hate gray (Which sux because ya know- more pillow covers too buy… lol) If it’s only touches and it’s mixed with taupes/beige tones. So I found a grey/beige floral one on Etsy and planned on ordering that plus 1 more to save shipping… lmao! So I think if I find the right 4 pack i might can skip those. All that to say “great find girl”! lol

Could you not put a murphy bed in the loft, the loft looks great.
The room is so pretty. From the rug to chairs down to pillows, artwork and plabt..its all so so beautiful. The colors all work together. Love the color on the wall. Do you remember the name of the color and brand of paint, by any change? So cozy and relaxing.

I haven’t even finished this video yet. But girl, you have been doing the damn thing, I hate TH-cam isn’t pushing out your videos. I’m assuming because Reno isn’t ur usual content. It’s your channel, you should be able to post what u want girl. This is totally besides the point. I really wish Better help took insurance. I love that there’s a place for someone to go that doesn’t have insurance and I love the flexibility of it all. I happen to have insurance and have kids that have adhd/depression/anxiety who hate therapy but could really benefit from it. Hell I could use it! But it’s really expensive compared to our $25 copay. BUT almost every therapist we have went to hasn’t been the one for us and it’s really hard to then find another and keep kids willing to go. That was my shpill… lol

Why don't you try my daybed and maybe even pulls out into a trundle. And then it wouldn't always look like a bedroom it would be like a couch and comfy always. Just a thought. I have a really small space and I love my daybed it's so pretty in the room

You tackle so many tough projects and still look like a model doing it; SO unfair! My hair frizzes up and my makeup melts off just thinking about getting my drill out. 😱 Great idea creating a flex space in a small house- would a futon or daybed fit in there for additional seating/sleeping space?
