Thanks for the video i thought it was my gearbox and was about to get depressed as i just spent a heap changing the timing belt water pump and alternator this looks like a reasonably quick fix nuch live brother from west london Uk
I have a manual fiesta too it’s pretty easy to shift through all gears but before I did a transmission swap it was super easy like I could shift with my pinky no issues or strength taken at all I forget how it was done since I wasn’t the one to do it but do you think this will help with shifting easier??
Dang you trashed your Fiesta. Did you have your foot on the clutch? It's kinda supposed to be hard/impossible to shift into gears if the clutch is out though.

Should be at the bottom side if not you have to drop the pan

Yeah it works fine when you not driving.. once you driving the hard shifting starts to happen junk fiesta about to junk my.

Yes it could be it’s worth a shot I don’t think it will hurt anything.
If not you might have a change the fluid in the trans and use a additive.
Where are you bcz I had a problem with the gears 3,4,5and reverse

I didn’t trash it I saved it watch the whole series I did on the car
