I had a knife on the table one night next to my bible. Feeling the lowest and most fearful from a pass sin brought present. I picked up the bible instead and started listening to sermons. Praying from deep within. I'm still going through it, but I KNOW The Lord is ALWAYS with me.

Fighting anxiety and depression for years. I always had hope that everything was for a reason and that everything was gonna be okay. Today I woke up and I just stayed in bed crying feeling hopeless. I’m not a professional but I found freedom from both of those things by waking up and talking to God daily. I stopped focusing on what others told me I need to do and I stopped doing things to impress others and accepted myself for me and chose to live for God only. His will not ours. I pray you find freedom of depression and things that are out of your understanding. In Jesus name amen 🙏

This seems like a message send from above at the right time. I'm listening. I've been dealing with PTSD for several years and everything that comes with it(Anxiety and depression). I am getting the help I need, but sometimes it feels like I'm not making any progress. It's been an extremely difficult past few weeks. Feel like I'm here without being here. Not sure if that makes sense. I've been struggling to get out of my room and crying consistently. I know God is with me and I lay my trust in him. I thank him for getting these words to me in a time of hopelessness. I believe and I trust in you God.

Everything will work out, just pray daily and give thanks to God in everything. He will see you through. Hey it took me 3 attempts the past 9 months with going through different group therapy sessions for depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. However, I knew who I was and how I was brought up. I told them they can keep that medication, and Jesus will fill my prescription. I went and started individual counseling with a Christian doctor from my church one a week.
I can tell you the only tears I have cried in the past 3 months are tears of Joy. No more crying and staying in the room because of sadness and hopelessness. If I'm in the room now for an extended period of time, its because I am Praising and Thanking Jesus for bringing me out of darkness. I seek his word daily, and pray daily. He is the Bright Light that shines even on the most cloudy day.

I would like to advise you to make a sincere confession and then go to mass with all your heart, but I believe that you are a Protestant. I assure you that the Confess and Communion are so essential to draw closer to God, if you knew what joy, what peace and what Love that God gives me! the Grace of God penetrates less well in a soul soiled by sin, and it must be washed! As for Communion, It is really the Real Presence of Christ in flesh and blood, God really Present in a small Host which comes to strengthen us, the miracle of miracles! And all of this is taught in the bible if you want the verses tell me. Let go of your prejudices and look into the question my friend! I want your good. First of all, pray pray and you will see God will answer you! But don't give in to these desperate thoughts, ignore them and entrust them all to Jesus.

My dear i don't know what you are facing but Jesus knows and he love you more than you can ever imagine nothing you have done will ever changes his love towards you remember all have sin and come short of the Glory of God. As i encourage you i'm also feeling depressed of my past but i know it's not God who is making me feel this way. Its the enemy the accuser. All we should do is trust God to carry us through

God loves each of us. In trials and tribulations God never leaves us. He's with us when we're weak and he restrengthens us. When I can't pick myself up from all my issues I remember to give it to God.

Since yesterday I cried to Father God asking him "Is there any Hope left?, After everything that is going on now with this pandemic and what is left to come?". I felt so Hopeless. I am all alone here in my home too. I wish someone that is going through the same thing I'm going through would reach out to me🙏😢
