There ARE booby traps like that in game... bear traps that ARE that big, frag mines and IEDs, shotguns on a tripwire trigger, grenade clusters suspended over a tripwire, cranked-up baseball pitching machines, etc etc.
for some reason i've never ever in my 600+ hours of Fo4 had one of the improvised gun tripwire traps actually hit me. I always notice them right after triggering them and go "huh, that happened". Frag mines, and tesla coils get me sure, and the occasional grenade boquet, but never the tripwire guns.
😂😂 Spartan is right, we come at him sometimes for sure. Having said that, I feel like you've been (impresively) on point for this entire series, so credit where it's due!
Hahahha this started with Pudgey saying, "It was just like when you met me," telling Spartan how lucky he is, and then Spartan's comeback "Lucy's nicer." and the look on Pudgey's face ahhahahaa comedy gold you two 🤣🥰
The scene where the Ghoul tells CX404: "I'm sorry Dogmeat, but you ain't him." -- it reminds me of how my soul dog recently passed and try as he might, his "brother" just isn't him.
I just love the details they put into Fallout. Like the Tesla-Magazine Cooper has in his lap at 21:25. The viewer see it only for a second and 95% probably won't even notice. But they did it anyway. I could re-watch this show just to admire all the assets 🥰 Sorry, I am fangirling right now, but I can't help it.
More like a "there's still good in him, i can feel it" kind of thing.... remember, Cooper started out good and was driven to survive by any means necessary after, well...
16:22 pudgy give yourself some more respect lol when you compared yourself to Lucy I laughed thinking No way you Pudgy were easy to reel in you I bet made Spartan work hard for it.
The Ghoul sitting in the home of the retired NCR Ranger reminded me a lot of Lee Van Cleef in the Good the Bad and Ugly eating that guy's food in the beginning.
In Fallout 4 there is a minor character called Hancock, you might have encountered him since he shows up somewhat early in the main quest of the game. He is a recent ghoul, as he tells the player that only about 10 years prior to the start of the game, he was a normal human until one day he found what he refers to as an "experimental radiation drug" since he's a junkie, he naturally tried it, and he said it instantly changed him. I believe this is what happened to Thaddeus, and that its the same drug Cooper is using as well. It was really never given much more detail in the game until this show. But it seems they used the concept and added in the side-effect of keeping ghouls from turning feral.
“What did I say norm. Words have meaning.” Is her basically saying, “you have one of the most important voices in this vault. (She mentioned the other episode how he’s the last McLean, son of the overseer, and his words have a lot of weight)” so someone could be inspired to kill the raiders because of Norms words.
this show reminds me of LOST, even when they reveal secrets and lore, there’s still so many unanswered questions, and i hope it goes on for many more seasons 👍
Maybe you'll watch it ,, PRIDE AND PREJUDICE" or ,,Sense and sensibility". The best movies. Full of meaning and touching. I watched it several times and I recommend it
On behalf of the doubters (I'm neither for or against... sometimes younguess right sometimes you're bothbway off...and both are great imo).... so on behalf of the doubters I'd like to say.... ...nah nevermind they're on their own... thanks for another great reaction!
"I've seen this condition before"... bruh, ahahahah, this is a mangled foot, "condition", sure I love some more obscure humor one-liners in this show. My personal favorite is the dude larping as some sheriff with some weird accent and cross-eyes taking shaders off and saying to the Ghoul with the serious face "The Government!". Like yeah, sure, "The president of the government" lol. And when they bring the Ghoul to some random joint it literally says "Govermint" with an "i" on the sign. Lmao.
I've survived being tortured twice, and yet when I had gout it was impossible for me to walk on it. My man Thad COULD NOT POSSIBLY walk on a freshly-crushed half-foot. MAYBE if it healed a bit first, and he was drunk.
My prediction is the following: I think the daughter will be a synth in season 2. I believe that at the start of the show, Cooper manages to make it to a vault where his ex-wife was. The daughter was taken in because she was on the list for that vault, but Cooper wasn't. So, he was kicked out, got radiated, and survived all this time as a ghoul. Now, how is the daughter going to be a synth? Well, that small amount of radiation from the bomb in episode one affected both her and her father. She was taken in but quarantined and then frozen because they didn't have the synth technology yet since the bombs had just dropped. Finally, after some years, synth technology has reached an acceptable stage in research and development. They unfreeze his daughter, but due to the radiation she still had, and the cryo chamber somehow making it worse, they decide to go ahead with a synth copy of her. She either dies then, and this synth replica has all her memories and looks, staying young forever (as a synth) in the vault with her mom.
I was expecting that inhaler to just be something nasty and gross, didn't expect the ghoul outcome at all, even though in the games we know of characters that this exact thing has happened to.
I know you guys have finished the 1st season. So I'm not sating any spoilers. Just theories. Alot of speculation as to what Thadeus took. My theory is it was FEV. And he's going to become a Super Mutant. Spartan has played F.O. 4 so I assume he knows what I'm talking about.
We all need to apologise, beg for Mercy, and praise Spartan! We often shy away from being vulnerable and admitting when we have made mistakes. We tend to see apologies as a sign of weakness, begging for mercy as groveling, and praises as insincere flattery. However, I believe that these three actions are incredibly powerful and necessary for healthy relationships and personal growth moving forward between us and Spartan. First and foremost, apologies need to be made to Spartan. We all humbly admit our faults and ask for forgiveness, as we show our respect towards Spartan and his deductive abilities that far outweigh Pudgeys. By apologizing, we are not only expressing our remorse, but also showing that we value him as a person. Next, we all need to beg for mercy as we all find ourselves in a vulnerable position of realising we were all wrong about how smart Spartan is, and are in need of Spartans forgiveness and leniency. Begging for mercy shows that we are willing to swallow our pride and admit our faults. Lastly, praises are often met with skepticism, as people tend to be suspicious of flattery and insincerity. However, genuine praises have the power to inspire and uplift others. We need to all take the time to acknowledge Spartans accomplishments, strengths, and positive qualities, and we all need to hit the like and share button to show that we appreciate and value Spartan!
And here we have Vault 4, an object lesson on why you shouldn't jump to conclusions. Same facts, seen from a different perspective, tell a completely different story.
It's inferred in gaming sometimes that an NPC with a scientific background and an exceptional sense of situational awareness will find a way to get through time. Her peers in the scientific community are systematically being gobbled up... cryogenics in the scope of it.
Before you get a big head about being right about something, remember, a broken clock is right twice a day ;-) About The Ghoul (Cooper Howard), remember in the 1st episode it was hinted that he was divorced. Cooper is a ghoul, he didn't make into a vault.
Points to Spartan for spotting something everyone else in the World apart from Pudgey did but points off for saying Lucy was better than Pudgey. Team Pudgey all the way! Ha! :-)
@SpartanandPudgey yeah my bad, it said one video was unavailable in the playlist. I thought it was episode 8 I'm enjoying your reactions, you guys are watching or have watched all my favorite shows. Thank you
To be honest Spartan i have called you out in the past for getting things wrong, sure, but I did say you're wrong 70% of the time and in a fallout-eque plot twist, that actually means we agree if you think you're right 30% of the time. Also, the fact is I love your content, I always come back.
Sorry but the ghoul was an asshole and should've just shot the kid straight away because that's what he intended to do in the first place. But instead antagonizes him to make the first move and then kills him. The father must have some serious bad history with him and I bet he tries to get revenge somewhere down the line.
no I don't think he will. He still has a daughter to consider and he is afraid of the ghoul for good reason...I don't think he will risk leaving his only remaining child alone in this cruel world.😏
Not spoiling anything but there are other things in the Fallout universe that have regenerative powers. This show really messes with the viewer's expectations. Vault 4 isn't as bad as it seemed, Vaults 31/32/33 aren't as great as it seemed, Moldaver has some more depth, Cooper's wife wasn't as innocent, etc.
"If my dad found out that I destroyed an entire community to save him...that'd break his heart." Interesting sentence I just now noticed while rewatching with you guys..
Bro, jokes like that are imposible for girls not to take at least a lil bit seriously. Not saying it's something super deep, I just saw your ego get mixed up with humour too many times and seeing her reaction to that one just felt real. I mean well bro, you're lucky Pudgey knows you well enough, to not let those things affect her. Can't imagine it would be like that the other way around. Maybe I'm wrong but I would love to know Pudgey's opinion on this then. I have a great time with your vids btw, this one just didn't seem funny in any way. It was just a bit mean. Ig true Spartan can't say some random stranger in the comments is right. Especially when it's regarding how you act with your gf, I get it and even if you think Im an idiot or whatever, I truly mean well for both of you. One of the only react channels I really enjoy for a long while now.

The ghoul make Werbung with this doctor
Here's something to think on, how did he get the sock back on
10:25 Pudgey: "Why????!!!" cut to Lucy from earlier episode: "Why????!!!" -- haha stellar editing Spartan!
32:19 Spartan keeping receipts😂😂😂😂 love it haha. u deserve love too brother!!
10:30 HAHAHAA such a great reaction and awesome callback!
That side-eye Pudgey gave Spartan! Spartan for sure has a crush on Lucy
"Late to the party, has no idea what's going on." That's Maximus in a nutshell.
There ARE booby traps like that in game... bear traps that ARE that big, frag mines and IEDs, shotguns on a tripwire trigger, grenade clusters suspended over a tripwire, cranked-up baseball pitching machines, etc etc.
Playing FNV now, and good lord, enough with the traps already.
for some reason i've never ever in my 600+ hours of Fo4 had one of the improvised gun tripwire traps actually hit me. I always notice them right after triggering them and go "huh, that happened". Frag mines, and tesla coils get me sure, and the occasional grenade boquet, but never the tripwire guns.
I've rewatched the reaction to Thaddeus' foot like 5 times now. Cracks me up.
😂😂 Spartan is right, we come at him sometimes for sure. Having said that, I feel like you've been (impresively) on point for this entire series, so credit where it's due!
I think Spartan has been on point with this and Stranger Things. My man.
Not me. I just go with the flow.
i like how he said "lucys nicer" then there was a cut in the video pmsl. Words where had.
next weeks video spartan alone filming outside 😂
And then moments later, she's the one laughing at Thaddeus coughing up a lung. Lucy _is_ nicer.
As Betty told Norman: "Words have meaning" 😂
Hahahha this started with Pudgey saying, "It was just like when you met me," telling Spartan how lucky he is, and then Spartan's comeback "Lucy's nicer." and the look on Pudgey's face ahhahahaa comedy gold you two 🤣🥰
@kaizen5023 no lie tho if u find a girl as good looking as Lucy and that nice... literal unicorn ring it real fast ha
The scene where the Ghoul tells CX404: "I'm sorry Dogmeat, but you ain't him." -- it reminds me of how my soul dog recently passed and try as he might, his "brother" just isn't him.
Yet Cooper still pets CX404 right after that. He's still a dog, and dogs deserve pets.
Pudgey, your reaction to Thaddeus's foot made my day!
10:25 that rising pitch had me rolling on the floor
18:30 The recognition on your face growing here is so awesome haha

Betty poisoned the raiders.
There is a mutual exchange of corruption between Good and Bad.
The ghoul infected Lucy with bad, but she equally infected him with good.
and what's maximus injecting Lucy with? 😏
More like a "there's still good in him, i can feel it" kind of thing.... remember, Cooper started out good and was driven to survive by any means necessary after, well...

Lost
Prison Break
Daredevil
The Punisher
National Treasure: Edge of History
Woke up at 330am to Sparta and Pudgey. Nice way to start the day
In the game if you leave your Power Armor behind its location is marked on your Pip-Boy map so you can retrieve it later.
