That first poems backstory sounds a lot like Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) which is common in us ADHDers!! It’s crazy stuff, I’ve experienced it many times and every time it hits like a bus and then when I’m over it I’m like damn that was so over dramatic
i swear we all went through the most soul crushing times from ages 11-13 but our child brains couldn't comprehend the horrors so we just kinda dealt with it

It just means ADHD people have a different way of thinking compared to the ordinary individual. Sometimes for better or for worse, but it's that mind that allows us to strive and stand out.
