The system really fails the children. We wonder why kids grow up to be low functioning adults. It's because parents like this get to keep their children instead of being held accountable.

For Context: She left her son home alone after he fell asleep to go to a party, so she could score some drugs and some dik. The boy woke up and started looking for his absent mother. She was called home by the Police after they arrived in her neighborhood. She came home wearing a black mini dress with full makeup on and smelled of weed and alcohol. Police asked her where she was at and she claimed she went to get laundry detergent. She had no receipt and the laundry detergent at home was still half full. They allowed her to go inside and change her clothes before arresting her. As soon as she was released she made a TikTok video using Tekashi69's "I'm back" song where she was dancing obnoxiously and mocking the situation. She immediately received waves of backlash and took the video down. All her fans still support her and make excuses for her to this day.
This wasn't even the first time this has happened to this lowlife, a year or so ago she was "accused" of child neglect and abuse while she flaunted her happy "rich" free life while flexing off an expensive car while her child wasn't even cared for. ridiculous
I live in an Asian household and that isn’t all that uncommon, leaving a four year old at home for a couple hours might be too far, and given she’s a tiktoker it’s quite unacceptable, speaking of nannys, isn’t putting your four year old in a nusery school or daycare the same idea? Obviously it’s more trusted people but if you just want people to hold your kids accountable I don’t see why
It bothers me when people are like this with children. Then some of them blame the child, like you decided not to wear a condom or keep your legs closed ☠️
It’s usually not “illegal” to leave your child unsupervised although it’s “not advised,” that’s probably why the charges were dropped. I work for CPS in Arkansas and at least here, that wouldn’t be enough to take custody of a child from his/her parents
Im 21 and a full time nanny (40 Hours Week) I don’t want kids for myself but I love my job. I’m part of the family and the little guy is so important to me. I know that’s not always the case but it can be a wonderful thing :) (I also help out around the house so it can be very helpful especially for people who work a lot during the week)
Something similar happened when I worked at Taco Bell. 4 year old boy grabbed his parents keys while they were sleeping and he tried to get the car to start. When that wasn’t working he ran across the street to our store and a customer found him. Called the police and gave him a drink and some snacks while we waited. Really crazy
I put a comment on the original video saying that I was upset that she wasn’t held accountable and the child wasn’t taken away even if it was a short time and given to the grandmother until she took parenting classes. I’ve gotten tons of replies saying that is was just one mistake and that the child should stay with her because they shouldn’t break up a family for one mistake. Apparently I’m like one of the only people that thinks leaving your very young child alone at night to go party is a big deal and that she should have been held more accountable. Here aunt lives down the street and her mother was there in minutes once she was called; not to mention she even has a nanny. Why if she wanted to go out couldn’t she leave him with one of these three people. Leaving a child by himself is not a mistake. I guess I’m too judgmental and too old fashioned, but I would never leave a young child alone.
Nah, u were right, it's not even the first time this bs happened, those comments you've got were all simps and don't know anything about parenting or anything of the sort
I hate seeing that some people are blaming the grandma for her daughter's behavior because in many cases, yes parents can and do create monsters but adults should always be held accountable for their own actions. Pushing the blame on someone else does not solve the core issue
Same thing happened to me I went outside my apartment in winter to take some trash to the dumpster and found a toddler maybe 3 or 4 years old walking around in his pj's no socks, shoes, coat, hat, gloves, nothing. He walked right up to me and I picked him up his feet had to be freezing with the rest of him. Worst part is my apartment building is 15 feet from a lake he could of drown or been kidnapped. I was in shock at how this could happen.
@goldenzoro9363 I took him up to my apartment after very briefly knocking on some doors no one answered. I got him warm with a blanket and my 10 year old son gave him some stuff animals to make him feel comfortable and gave him some apple juice. My son tried to talk to him but he wouldn't say a word. I put a pair of socks on him. All of this while my mom had already called 911. My mom was going to leave and seen the parents outside looking for him and asked them if they were looking for a little boy. They said yes and my mom told them my apt #. The boy was clean. clean jammies clean diaper etc did not seem hurt or abused. So parents knocked on my door. They didn't seem high or look disheveled called him by his name the boy went to them. They said thank u and left before the cop got there. I was kinda shocked that they weren't overly thankful like I would of been if it was me I would of been like omg thank you thank so much. When the cop came I told him what happened and he just wanted to make sure they were really his parents and probly wanted to find out how this happened. Unfortunately I live in a big apartment building with lots of other buildings close by and I had never seen this boy or his parents before and I didn't know which direction they went when they left. The cop took my info and my statement and left.
In my experience of currently being a full time nanny, a FT nanny works anywhere from 40 hours (like a 9-5) to an upwards of 60 hours +. Basically, a full time nanny does not necessarily have to be around the clock, unless hired to do so
Attachment and bond creation are both very important for children as young as Marissa's son. Not having a parent that is consistently available or doesn't properly take care of you completely screws up your development; children who grow up in unstable, unattached, unavailable households like Marissa's develop serious trust and anxiety issues because they're trained from a very young age to believe that no one will ever be there for them. That poor kid is in for a rough life, I wish the best for him.
What she did was dumb and selfish, but I have to admit she handled her arrest with a level of calm you don't often see in these situations. I expected a full-blown adult toddler reaction tbh.
She handled it with calm because she doesn't give a shit. Any normal parent would be very distressed by her child wandering off into the street at night.
i was adopted at either 3 or 4 years old. My brith parents were drug users, dealers and manufacturers. They were heavily abusive and iw as diagnosed with ptsd 3 years ago from those events. It took another tragedy in my life to realize most of my PTSD is from childhood abuse. While i don't remember what my birth parents looked like. I still remember the emotions of terror and complete fear of my birth parents. I was adopted by a loving mother and raised on a goat farm in the countrysides of missouri. Love my life, wouldn't change it. So when i see or know a child is abused or in complete distress, i can feel those emotions in my entire soul. Not every parents deserves a child. but eveyr child deserves a loving family which is why I support most foster families wanting to adopt kids. This woman is evil. You have to have some degree of evil to neglect a child.
No charges for giving false information to a police officer either? If that isn't enforced, then why would anyone ever tell the truth? (obviously other than the moral value in it, but these people don't care about things like that)
I'm so glad he's ok. He could have been ran over, kidnapped, molested/r word by a pervert or even attacked by a wild animal. This happened in Florida and its not uncommon for animals like alligators to go into residential areas. She's a horrible mom. I have a feeling he's often neglected because he was so quick to grab the hand of a stranger.

Now imagine the dad going out for a beer after the kid is put to sleep...he would lose custody immediately and probably go to jail...its disgusting that the charges were dropped against her, at least give her a fine or something...Jesus
She has no idea how lucky she is. Imagine if someone with nefarious intentions had driven by, or opened their door to see her child unintended; imagine if someone was going a little too fast through their neighborhood, not expecting an unintended child to go trotting across the street at night. She is so lucky he didn't get hurt and she doesn't even get it.
Lol thats the honest trailers guy Her biggest issue with the police report was probably her looks descendants of the police. Btw it was a good ending. Theres only so much u can do for this level of child neglect. The goal is to educate the parent not to make the baby orphaned. The law is there to protect the child and as much as you’d like to get back at the parent “make them accountable “ - putting the mother in jail would only hurt the baby so much more than a mother with money that has learnt her lesson and has a support system (grandma)
Love how the mom asked if she was getting arrested first instead of asking about the well-being of her child. Just shows that she cares more about herself than her toddler.
I think I've become way too jaded. My first assumption for the questions of "Where is she" and "What is she doing" was "Probably somewhere filming OF content or otherwise riding the carousel"
I think it's so gross that the woman who originally found the boy pawned him off on some random man then left because she was afraid of covid. What a disgusting fool.
I agree. She was a coward. It’s like if I saw someone get stabbed and decided to let someone deal with it instead of me helping them. She was pathetic as well.
It's not her responsibility. It's the mother's. She has absolutely no requirement to take care of other people's kids. That's the parents' job, and falls on this terrible mother in this case.
@@heroinmom153 as a decent human being you should help a child in distress. The mother wasn't there, it's a dangerous situation. The fact that you would neglect a child in need and pass it off as "not my responsibility" says a lot about you. So does your name.
What I don’t understand is if it were so simple for the grandma to show up quickly, why didn’t she ask her to babysit for a few hours? This is in no way an excuse, but I have a feeling her having a nanny gets thrown in her face when she asks family for childcare help.
My mum had to leave us home alone at one point but that was when my brother 14-16 and I was like 12-14 and my little brother was like 9-11, even then she got babysitters when she could and let both our next door neighbours know we were home alone and if we had any trouble we could go to them, but by then I was mature enough to know not to wander off or let strangers in and I knew how to use a phone, leaning a toddler unsupervised is super dangerous
Something similar happened to my cousin, really good ppl and all, but bad neighbors with nothing better to do. So my cousins, one was 14 at the time and the younger one was around 7 years old, they were home with their dad, mother was at work. Their dad went to the shop to get some groceries, the shop was literally 5min away. While their dad was at the shop, a neighbor called the police, cuz the kids were left home alone. We'll this resulted in parent divorce, kids living with a different family tf, like some random family for 5 something months, eventually when the case closed, they got to live with their mother, the dad now lives in a different country. Like wtf, all this to just quickly get some groceries from the shop, I know the kids pretty well, they are gamers, they don't want to dress up, just to go for a quick trip to the shop. Shame on the neighbor for ruining this family.
I had a friend who went to a guys house, whom she just met and left her 1 yr old unattended in the living room while she and the guy went to his bedroom to have sex and hang out. Just brought her kid to a strangers house and left her kid alone. I wouldnt be suprised if she left her kids home alone. I stopped being friends with her along time ago cuz i was sick of her bs.
I hope the father got custody after this. But knowing she has wealth on top of the unfair advantage of being a woman, she most likely got to keep him even after this neglect. Disgusting
It's true, that it's negligence but you need to secure the home better. Like how do you not have child proof locks or block the paths? Little kids are like this in general, they walk out anyway regardless if parents are around or not. I've seen that so many times, but doesn't mean I'm defending her.
Love u Pegasus but the callout of tattoos be pretty far out there. Its personal preference and its rather insulting having people assume people with multiple tattoos are bad people. Let people express themselves through art without being so judgy of it
Exactly. I saw thrown off by such a comment. Because of comments like that, people still have the mentality that people with tattoos are bad and irresponsible people. There are many people with tattoos who are also parents and they do everything for their children. This woman is just a bad mother, and her tattoos have nothing to do with that.
You're in no way entitled to not have people make judgements about you after excessively covering your skin in ink, especially when they are openly visible. You choose how you present yourself and that affects people's impression of you. Take responsibility instead of policing people's speech.
im actually glad she can still see the child, cuz she obviously was very apologetic and it really seemed like one mistake that would never happen again
@jefferyandbob3137 Yep, this isn't the first time this crap happened, she did the same thing and was accused, but she didn't care and she even made a video about how easy it was getting out of that situation, people like her don't deserve children at all, heck her fans even praised her for that. Disgusting
Covered in tattoos has NOTHING to do with irresponsible. That’s JUDGMENTAL AF. I’m covered in tattoos, and no one watches my kids with me and their mother.

All her fans still support her and make excuses for her to this day.
the question is ... WHY IS TIKTOK STILL ALIVE???
Bro fr, that damn app should be purged from the entirety of the Internet, nothing but messed up stuff come of it
This wasn't even the first time this has happened to this lowlife, a year or so ago she was "accused" of child neglect and abuse while she flaunted her happy "rich" free life while flexing off an expensive car while her child wasn't even cared for. ridiculous
Implying that this woman had a career is greatly generous of you!
she does.... but its porn
Something I've learned about the legal system from all the videos is that no criminal that deserves to be held accountable will be held accountable.
Especially if it's a young woman 😅
And this is who is “influencing” today’s young.
She said it was a mistake. I call it a choice.
She left her kid to most likely get her back blown out, get her away from her kid.
All kids deserve parents, but not all parents deserve kids
It’s usually not “illegal” to leave your child unsupervised although it’s “not advised,” that’s probably why the charges were dropped. I work for CPS in Arkansas and at least here, that wouldn’t be enough to take custody of a child from his/her parents
A nanny in certain cases can be absolutely fine - and obviously in this case better even than the mother.
Wait grabbed their keys while they were sleeping? So that implies they were at home with the child. Not the same instance as this situation
Nothing wrong with being old fashioned...most of those old values aren't out of date, contrary to popular belief
I don't know, it's easy to judge but maybe she is not a bad person, just stupid, and learnt her lesson.
EWU really does have a great narrating voice.
What happened then?? Is the child safe now, have his parents been found??
I expected a full-blown adult toddler reaction tbh.
she has money... she knew she wouldnt be in jail long and she knew she could spin it for clout on tiktok
Dude, don't spin this to her credit.
She's a terrible mother. Period.
She handled it with calm because she doesn't give a shit. Any normal parent would be very distressed by her child wandering off into the street at night.
Technically he is already wandering the world alone. So he has started his Pokémon trainer journey early.😅
"every child deserves a parent, but not all parents deserve children"
-Someone Smart
thats actually not true some children are just born evil, look up the child serial killer
i was adopted at either 3 or 4 years old. You have to have some degree of evil to neglect a child.
a "full time" nanny could just mean a nanny working 40 hours a week (a full time job)
No charges for giving false information to a police officer either? If that isn't enforced, then why would anyone ever tell the truth? (obviously other than the moral value in it, but these people don't care about things like that)

"She looks cute...I bet there's something wrong with her"
It's scary how accurate this comment was 😅
"Full Time" nanny doesnt mean "All The Time" - it typically means 9-5, M-F. During standard work hours.
The nanny wasnt even a nanny... she was a local non english speaking cleaning lady who worked 20 to 30 hours a week for less than 200 bucks a week.
The charges were dropped but if it was a man in the same situation, be sure he would have been in jail and not see his kids ever again.
Fr
I very probably will never have children -if I do, however, I would be responsible for them. When you have children, things change…
I lost it when the narrator said “bruh, there’s literally a police report”
That poor little boy. He clearly just wants someone to protect him.
That explains it she was a tik-toker.
If I had a nickle for every time an influencer got into trouble or was arrested, I'd be richer than Jeff fucking Bezos
Pls Pegasus, make longer videos! I'd be in heaven with a 40min video.. 😍 Uploading streams maybe is easier for u? Don't have to waste time on editing etc. Either way, I LOVE ur longer videos & ur true crime stuff!! You're my favorite youtuber since a few years back. Thx for uploading every day.
influencers are not celebrates. that’s all I gotta say 👍
You are 💯 right.
You’re right but that not what society says. They are sadly considered c list and d list celebrities 🤦🏻♂️
Full time, meaning 40+ hrs a week brah. You don’t have to give your whole life to a family to nanny for them lol
I'm so glad somebody else said this. Who would take a job being on call 24/7 watching someone else's kid?? The mom put her kid to bed & went to party.
she hated being called the Tiktok Casey Anthony
Now imagine the dad going out for a beer after the kid is put to sleep...he would lose custody immediately and probably go to jail...its disgusting that the charges were dropped against her, at least give her a fine or something...Jesus
Bro fr, we live in an unfair world
I LOVE these true crime content you make lately!! ❤️ Especially when it's longer videos (=more pegasus today)
at least she was compliant
She has no idea how lucky she is. Imagine if someone with nefarious intentions had driven by, or opened their door to see her child unintended; imagine if someone was going a little too fast through their neighborhood, not expecting an unintended child to go trotting across the street at night. She is so lucky he didn't get hurt and she doesn't even get it.
Worst part is I highly doubt that was the first time the kid was left alone for extended periods of time, just first time caught.
i am glad the she was not entitled as other tictoker ,she just listened and was way calm and did not lash out on others
She doesn't deserve to have the child. Some people just don't deserve to breathe the same air, what a waste of oxygen.
she only took the child from her ex...like some women take the dog... or the project hot rod... not that they want it.. just to hurt them
When you're blessed with a 20min long Pegasus video instead of a measly 8min! 😍
Lol thats the honest trailers guy
Her biggest issue with the police report was probably her looks descendants of the police.
I'm glad the guy that showed up with him was a decent person
Lmao the way you end your vids always catches me off guard I love it! Always leave me smiling no matter how bad or cringe the topic❤
I think I've become way too jaded. My first assumption for the questions of "Where is she" and "What is she doing" was "Probably somewhere filming OF content or otherwise riding the carousel"
pegasus went from scrawny teenager to man only with facial hair
I think it's so gross that the woman who originally found the boy pawned him off on some random man then left because she was afraid of covid. What a disgusting fool.
She should be under the jail 😡
@@migzy4704 well you would to that
I love pegasus just mad at the granny just because he didnt understand anything she said lmfao
13:42 hearing the serious, sounding narrator of that video say, Bruh is absolutely hilarious! 😂
What I don’t understand is if it were so simple for the grandma to show up quickly, why didn’t she ask her to babysit for a few hours? This is in no way an excuse, but I have a feeling her having a nanny gets thrown in her face when she asks family for childcare help.
I'm a burger

"A donkey in his mother's eye is a pony."
Now this is what you call a one night stand 😂
I love the body cam videos. keep em going
im convinced that pegasus's going to look like Nietzsche in the future
My mum had to leave us home alone at one point but that was when my brother 14-16 and I was like 12-14 and my little brother was like 9-11, even then she got babysitters when she could and let both our next door neighbours know we were home alone and if we had any trouble we could go to them, but by then I was mature enough to know not to wander off or let strangers in and I knew how to use a phone, leaning a toddler unsupervised is super dangerous
The duty of a parent means you have to say goodbye to having fun nights out.
Drinking at a bar, etc. You can't do any of the fun things.
I like how covids a bad word now... People freaking out over words is one of the more retarded things.
Pegasus look 200 years older with the facial hair.
Bruh, that's messed up
I’m surprised the kid was unharmed and was safe, so much could’ve gone wrong
I had a friend who went to a guys house, whom she just met and left her 1 yr old unattended in the living room while she and the guy went to his bedroom to have sex and hang out. Just brought her kid to a strangers house and left her kid alone. I wouldnt be suprised if she left her kids home alone. I stopped being friends with her along time ago cuz i was sick of her bs.
Yep. Have plenty of old friends like that too. It gets to be too much to bear
I watch this dudes channel and I've always been in love with his voice. lol Lots of crime stuff from him.
Love u Pegasus but the callout of tattoos be pretty far out there. Its personal preference and its rather insulting having people assume people with multiple tattoos are bad people. Let people express themselves through art without being so judgy of it
Exactly. My dad's friend had lots and I mean lots of tattoos. And he was the sweetest person you could ever meet.
Take responsibility instead of policing people's speech.
im actually glad she can still see the child, cuz she obviously was very apologetic and it really seemed like one mistake that would never happen again
everyone's apologetic when they get caught, this isn't just a simple mistake and I'm pretty sure she's done this more than once
you're seriously defending her
@jefferyandbob3137 Yep, this isn't the first time this crap happened, she did the same thing and was accused, but she didn't care and she even made a video about how easy it was getting out of that situation, people like her don't deserve children at all, heck her fans even praised her for that.
Disgusting
the way the narrator said "bruh" was oddly satisfying
Covered in tattoos has NOTHING to do with irresponsible. That’s JUDGMENTAL AF. I’m covered in tattoos, and no one watches my kids with me and their mother.
