The BPHS1 sound so clear just came here because of stark and seananners they use these for games and was wondering it sounds just as good as a desktop mic but a headset

Thank you for your video. It has helped me decide on the BPHS1.
I use the sE 2200C as my production mic, and the only 2 in this review that even come close in terms of quality is the BPHS1 and the HMD26
I love the HMD26, but I just don't have that kind of budget :)

hmd26 blows them all out of the water, but for some reason i can only find it with bare wire connections which is just ridiculous. the bphs1 is close enough to justify avoiding the headache

Sennheiser hmd was too close to the mouth so it picked up noise from the breath. But I guess that the sennheiser is the best in regards to sound quality of the lot. But it is not a budget headset.

The BPHS-1 clearly wins this shoot out. It is unfortunate the Sennheiser mic was poorly placed right in front where it captured awful breathing and plosives. Still, as I own both the BPHS-1 and Sennheiser HMD-45-6 I prefer the BPHS-1. It would be nice if BSW would update or redo this video with some other models. This is very helpful nonetheless, and having owned two, and personally tested all four models, I think this is a good demonstration overall. JT

The BPHS1 seems to be the best for cost/performance . Am I correct in thinking that the HMD280, despite their higher price, come with bare wire connections ? If that's right , that's a disgrace at that price.
The Shure seems clear but too much like a telephony headset. The HMD26 seems to suffer from plosives, but maybe that could be corrected with different mic placement?

The HMD280 does include a terminated 1/4in and XLR connector at that price. We have found no one like having to solder right out of the box. Yes, the HMD26 also includes a foam windscreen, which we did not put. : (

@@bswbroadcastsupplyworldwid1490 I think that the problem in this video was that the mike was too close to the mouth. If you had moved it about half an inch lower it hadn't picked up so much noise.

Thanks for the review, i will be truth.. none of them have a good sound. Sometimes tu much bass, sometimes to much highs.
