I have vertigo ( from a stupid brain tumour) I wanted to show people what it looks llike, because it's not always visible. THANK you for your video, you have inspired me...i tremember having to do these several times, at several doctors...you have inspired me to make a video showing what happens when i do them.. It's ridiculous how I want to fall over when i shut my eyes while on a cushion! So THANK you for your inspiration and for informing people about this stuff!!!! When I get my video done, I will like to yours in my description!

I keep almost falling with my eyes open and can’t stop swaying but I’m not dizzy or experiencing vertigo?

If you keep practicing, your balance should improve. Unless you have an underlying issue that's stopping your system from adapting.

Hi, Reeta. If you lose your balance when you close your eyes, it's a good indicator that you need to work on strengthening your inner ear. This video is a good place to start: th-cam.com/video/J6jkrZVpoFc/w-d-xo.html
