women attraction is real! but always stay humble!
I've been aware of SR for years now but i just recently have committed myself to it. I'm 26 days in and it's going great so far. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get to that next level. Thanks for the videos!
I don’t really get female “attraction “ per se but I feel like I get more attention from women coworkers at work, coworkers more friendly, buy me stuff without me asking, also I have one coworker who’s been “accidentally “ touching me more often and playfully touches or hits my arm, bumps into me I feel like on purpose lol

I can attest that this is true. When Im on retention, women will openly hit on me. When im not on retention, I never have women hit on me.
I've done this b4 and noticed tons of benefits plus female attraction. I'm actually doing it again I'm in 2 weeks and already noticed the extra attention from women . What's crazy is I noticed during laundry run and I had a mask and hood on and still was able to tell lol. Semen retention kinda proves women's intuition is real
It's either because women notice your aura/energy or that SR releases pheromones. Or maybe both

Ive also noticed that pets will come up to me to be petted when im on SR. Ones that normally give me no attention. They definitely sense the power

It would be great if you could talk maybe a little bit more about the scientific research. I have been doing semen retention for about a week and I'm starting to feel a bit worried about my health. I've talked to a few people about what I have been doing and they have told me that they think that semen retention is a bad idea and that it is potentially dangerous as well. If you could make a video where you elaborate more on the scientific research itself and point out your critiques on it as well that would be really helpful for me and perhaps for other people out there as well who can relate to how I'm feeling.
SR has been practiced in places like India for thousands of years. The ones that did it live very healthy lives.
When I am busy with work on my computer I really hate the work and then I sometimes use relapsing to adult videos as my way of having a break. It shifts my state of energy and therefore afterwards I can continue working again without feeling terrible. I know that's a bad habit but am not sure of how to replace it. The only thing that comes to my mind is smoking a cigarette.. which is probably not really that much better
