I am comparing a lot ...thanks for your phantastic comparisons. Especially your comments not only the sounds over the mics are important to me but your - follow up easily - verbal analogias and examples . All is very convincing that we follow the right person, because you are s h o w i n g - proving us sonically your good and versatile abilities and knowledge and tone. Especially your video about the top yamahas CH and NY was really eye opener. Please if you have time and pleasure yourself with it: compare the Yamaha9335 NY (newer Gen.) against the Vizutti that was built around the NY - more or less. How different do they play and sound? Thank you for alle you time.
Sounds great, butt. If you go straight from the 43 to the 37 playing the Hubeau check out the difference in sound, big difference. Where do you get your hair cut? I like it. x
I thought I would like the 43 for its more airy sound but it has more "ping" in it. The 37 would be more suitable for the kind of music I played, and I suspect would record better on mic. I see that you do review on Yamaha Xeno as well, wondered if you have any experience with the 8310Z Bobby Shew model?
Well Jonathan - you know all the intricacies of many different pro trumpets no doubt. But I think you could play all these excerpts and make them sound terrific on an old dented student horn (long as the valves were oiled :D).
Lovely playing!❤

Very nice 👌
I went for a 43 in the end. I mainly play jazzy/blues & latin stuff though

Yes, this is also a haircut review, that was a diy job, clippers bought from Asda.
Ah yes, just did that, fast forwarded between the two, agreed, clear differences.
