Man this is my favorite time to fish. Big whiting rocking live shrimp in the surf, tautog on mud crabs on structure, trout in the creeks, and maybe even an octopus. Most wonderful time of the year indeed

What you are calling "sea Mullett", I have always thought to be a "whiting" or a "king". either way they are very good to eat. Nice catch.

First of all that is a whitefish not mullet..look up Species of fish.
Now if I may correct you, they are called Whitting, southern king fish, or "Sea Mullet". It all depends on the area you are from. Here in NC we call them sea mullet, thanks for watching
