At 1 min make sure when you say making 3 to 5 to specify thats whats being read since the synthesis itself is 5 to 3

Well first it will just be the complementary strand i.e. 3'TCAGTCCAG'5 and then the main strand would be replaced 5'AGTCAGGTC'3
