Tactics or dumb luck? My first Road Race Experience (West Head Road Race C Grade)

With a few crits under my belt I was keen to give a road race a crack, and what better road race to do than the one hosted by Manly Warringah Cycling Club the West Head Road Race. This race is characterised by punchy climbs, lots of rolling hills and plenty of action in the last lap. This was much different to the group rides I've done as well as the crits, with its own tactics and dynamics. Check out the video to see how I placed in this race!
