Perfect rental car. I got one for 5 days. Lots of driving. Only had to fill the tank while returning. Outstanding economy for a gas car. Great car. The one thing I hate is how low the rearview mirror is placed. Nissan needs to do a better job of replacing the location of the sensors from the windshield to somewhere else so the rearview mirror can be mounted higher for a more clearer view of what's behind you. Because it is mounted so low, it makes it difficult to quickly assess what's going on behind you. I am sure it still has the problem of skipping tracks and or stations.. when you hit a bump just too perfectly.. wish the 2024 would have ac seats too to give it more of an edge over older models. Also, my 2019 has auto roll down for both driver and front passenger, so that's weird😅
I could tell in the video the turn signal was a bit loud. So many cars these days have goofy buttons/switches, huge super bright screens that blind you at night when driving, and glass roofs that shatter and or leak water into the interior. CVT trans that fail.

Yes, it's too loud, but at least I can tell when it's on. I've driven cars where that isn't the case, until I glance down at the gauge cluster. Edit #2: You've had the car for a whole week and didn't check the Owner's Manual to see if the thing has driving modes or not?

Nice car
It doesn't look much different from my 2019 besides the wheels and the display.
That turn signal would make me wanna end it all
Ah, the 2024 Nissan Hellcat. Comes used out of the factory with expired tags, sun damaged paint, and has a BOLO already issued by dispatch. Top speed UNKNOWN till this day but runs an average cruise speed of 100 in a 35.
Didnt expect interior design to be so clean and not absoluteoy hideous
at least this altima wasn't missing any panels
man if only nissan changed their design they would do so well in the market
Feeling comfortable, the engineers could still think about how to improve the headroom of the three back seaters.🎉😅
This was the first new car ive test driven as im used to driving older cars. Was shocked at the steering feel. My 15 year old logitech g27 gives more force feedback than the altima
Had the same shock when I driven 2013 VW Passat and I just went back to my old minivan that is 2005 years
@@muramasa870 it's wild how the industry pushed comfort > control in vehicles. Driving the Altima felt unnerving
It's great for long highway drives. People who buy these aren't car enthusiasts.
I know someone who got this exact spec on lease for 2000$ down 299 a month for 24 months. wonder if that’s a deal
bro they gotta make a trim with a normal trans and not a cvt
Non cvts would sell much more than cvt
Is there any rule in us that ban to advertise 0-60 and top speed info of the car?
Nice well developed awd auto. How does it compare with a Subaru Legacy 2.5? Which drives better in your opinion?
Not terrible but not class-leading either The Accord and Camry still are much better options in terms of built quality, reliability, and resale.
Not the Camry. The Camry is such trash nowadays.
Exactly 💯 sounds perfect I'm so scared to drive 😅
That infotainment sure appears to be laggy, especially on the CarPlay side of things. Noticeable animation framerate drop.
Edit: 6:31 It being loud is a great thing. Yes, it's too loud, but at least I can tell when it's on. I've driven cars where that isn't the case, until I glance down at the gauge cluster.
Edit #2: You've had the car for a whole week and didn't check the Owner's Manual to see if the thing has driving modes or not?
I have the 2.0 version and it is amazing
The new SRTs of America lol
oh, i like your videos. i will learn to your video. 😜
Why not try the maxima? It got a refresh lately with new looks and updatedtransmissionsupposedly. It looks like a great sport sedan.
it’s crazy how immediate that turn signal sound turned me off from this car. i’m looking at first cars and just the walkaround tour made this look great and it sounded so silent in there too. and then the turn signal went on. yeah, that’s a ridiculous sound.
It's the one thing I remember from the week in the car, it hurts your ears!
That turn signal is ridiculously loud.
Not a proper Altima energy test drive if you didn’t tailgate someone in the right line.
True to that...dat turn signal is loud , sounds like the devil clock.
Right after seeing the 2025 Camry and even the 2024 Accord, this car is lagging behind badly. Still nothing LED in the rear and using a 15 year old key fob
The turn signal kinda sounds like a smoke alarm chirping when the battery dies
