In this video I teach you how to make twitch channel point redeems or redemptions for items in vtube studio using mix it up. With this you can easily make items that lock on to your model for a set time automaticly appear as someone redeems channel points.

It does have to be open whenever you stream.

The headpat gif comes stock with vtube studio so it should be there. If you're missing it you can try seeing if theres updates available

Yes! You can make a mix it up redeem have multiple effects in one redeem.
in the step at 10:35 of the video you can add another action to the redeem in addition to vtube studio, there will be the option for action "sound".
