Thanks for posting. Question. I’ve seen ads for these used where the listing says the system doesn’t have any sound left except for a little static. Mine is getting staticky and I’m wondering what that is and how I can reverse any deterioration that could be going on?

I'd probably start by checking the output jacks - some contact cleaner and insertion/ removing a jack, then look at the mute switch on the output board. On this one, it pretty much fell apart. If contact cleaner in the switch doesn't help, it's easy enough to bypass, as new ones are tricky to find. Following that, I'd give all the pots a clean, for good measure.
