I believe with the world wide crisis we are facing now, we require a world wide solution. And this is why I believe we need decentralized devices such as this Reactor. Think about it, even if there is just 1 reactor in every community, that will put a huge dent in plastic waste and pollution.
Due to this, I do not wish to make a singular specialized Reactor, once I master and complete this one, I want to make all different types, of all different scales and sizes.

Yep. Imo the most mind blowing part is the microwave thing. Id never imagine someone could think this up. Usually when I see these plastic pyrolyzer machines they use a flame, and cycle some gases back to the burner for heat. Thats neat too, but thats using the product to run the machine. With microwaves, theres potential to not sacrifice some of the product, and also be able to use renewables to power it. This one engineer in hyderabad did one cool machine tho. He uses a catalyst to get the short chain (volatile) into longer chain hydrocarbons (liquid). He gets no gas, only heavy oil and fuel. And uses the heavy oils to support the burner. Dude also does fractional distillation right from the machine so it comes out already refined.
Im wondering how precise this guy can control temperature. If he could, he can just do fractional distillation immediately from output instead of having that step be a separate process

@@nosamstop674to do so you'd need to be as organized as those trying to kill you. They have the manpower, money, tech, resources, time, connections, if power wants you dead, ya p much dead. Very hard to dodge it. Maybe Cuba, but that's harder than just flying there.
This technology is already available its just so energy inefficient that its not worth using large scale

One of the issues with mixed pyrolitic gases is that some of them will have thermal and ignition properties that are less than optimal for an internal combustion engine.
This is why improved separation is important upstream of the generator.

I'd suggest to route the moist gases through some dry calcium chloride, because i think it's the water in the gas that lets the generator skip. Also a packed column allows for better separation of the individual components
I found your videos a couple weeks ago and I'm astonished that you've not only been making progress, it's SIGNIFICANT progression. And I know there's those comments saying that you're not depressed or how you gotta be protected but that's truly because there's been historical proof of great inventors "disappearing" right before their introduction of the idea to the public as well as the free market. We want this technology to be for the world to use and not stolen by a government and destroyed like the water-powered car. Stay safe

Hello jul, very good reactor, the fuel is good quality, for the generator...
1st you have bi gaz, if you have propylene ethane ethylene on you natural gaz, set the generator on propane
2nd buy a high volume pressure regulator, put 40psi in a 1.4psi membrane can brake it, no go on more pressure, here in france, 0.1 bar or 1.4 1.5 psi it work but in high volume regulator
3nd at 150 200psi 250psi you can separate gpl form other gaz, good way

first time ive seen anything like this. youre doing great things and glad to see a young brother use that mind for the greater good. inspiring! only thing i want you to do is redesign your modified propane tank. include for safety is to add a flashback arrestor and one way check valve on your output then make a dedicated inlet with another one way check valve. also, not sure if you'll accumulate water inside the tank like you would in an air compressor but if that happens it will rust the inside and could cause an explosion so look into adding a dryer on the inlet side and adding a drain plug to the tank, add another dryer on the output to protect your equipment and it may help with the purity going to the generator. only suggestions as im not certain but have many projects where these suggestions wouldve made a differance.

The sound from the generator sounds like knocking to me, it might be the case that there are impurities in the propane you're getting... Might be an avenue of thought?

left a comment in your discord, but basically it sounds like, and i dont seem to be the only one who thinks this, there is other gasses/impurities inside the gas, would probably run way better and more efficient if there was a filtering system either attached directly to the gen, or before its compressed into the propane tanks, could also attach it directly the the pyrolysis machine that way all gas is filtered!! Great work keep it up!

13:05 You are missing one of the components. LNG, liquified natural gas. Also, it doesn't give me pleasure to say this, but the generator will consume more than you can produce.
If he hooks it up to small solar array or wind generator (with a battery) they could supplement the power being used to end up in the positives? Not taking into account fabrication costs ofc.
I was thinking the same before he came with the genny. It would be more cost effective if he could cook the plastic with the gas he produces, but that would require some other setup. The microwave cooking have it's advantages, but it loses efficiency when you need to transform gas into electricity.
He says it in the end. Volume will be the issue. Liquid gases solves that issue. But the part where you now have to use energy to cool the natural gas down in order to liquify it. Will also compound greatly on your energy consumption.
The point is, no matter what he does. There will be no cost free way to run this at scale. Without partnering with a large energy producer since he's in the US. Who will then feed his factory all the free natural gas he can get. Or simply can provide enough power.
I argue no matter what he needs to learn liquified natural gas because it is the future of storage and shipping. If he is going to produce natural gas. It will need to be stored.

A cupple cheap improvements to your ice box.
Put a bunch of salt on the ice so it lasts longer for the time being.
You could also get a radiator and thermo fans from a junkyard car and put that in the cooler drill holes to run in and out coolant. fill the cooler with just ice no water and cover it salt you may need to run antifreeze depending how cold it gets and drill a hole in the bottom to let it drain when it melts
This will be more efficient and you're ice would also theoretically last longer cutting a verry small cost
Replacing the cooler for a small freezer you can drill in and out holes in (people do it for refrigerated kegs) and placing the radiator in there instead with ice and salt would make it last the entire run i believe depending on the size
People sell old gross chest freezers for quite cheap a car radiator for a cupple dollars at a junkyard you could also improve this setup if you had a large chest freezer with a coolant storage inside around a 100l tub would do fine
Youd have to work it around yourself to see whats overkill on the cooling.
Im not exactly sure how your machine works but meybe adding some sort of plate used in alcohol distillation may clean the product a little and they use reflux design maybe something to look into if can be incorporated and if so then theres also an art to how much you actually want to cool the cooling chamber as to have some drop back on the plates for re distillation
I wonder if you would be able to refine your natural gas with a cryocooler. You should look into getting a used one. You’ll also need a helium compressor to operate it. You can feed it your low pressure natural gas mix, condense your natural gas into constituents at different low temperatures. You can find some videos on TH-cam of people doing this to condense compressed air into LN2 and Liquid Oxygen. Then you can let the different liquids boil off in high pressure bottles, that way you could get high pressure refined gas. Make sure you have relief valves
Keep in mind that unlike propane, natural gas is delivered to houses at very low pressure somewhere around 1/3 psi. So pressure shouldn’t be the issue. I’m curious what happens when you switch the generator over to the propane setting and feed it your gas at high pressure

Plastic pyrolysis gas is mostly butane, with some hexane and pentane, not "natural gas".The multifuel engines work by adjusting air intake for each different fuel type. You need to run it on the propane setting for sure. Natural gas has lower BTU's than propane, whereas butane is pretty close.
I'm not sure why you want to go the microwave route, because you lose so much efficiency converting the gas to electricy, transforming it, and converting it to microwaves. You can avoid the dificulties of generator adjustment and efficiency loss, by simply heating by directly burning the gas. That's the direction I'm taking my system in anyway.

Try puting your gas into a thank first and conect a regulator and from the regulator feed to the generator.

if I may offer a piece of advice. Stop wasting your time trying to get everything to be controlled with those car remote control fobs. I would invest my time and money into a raspberry pi that can monitor input and control out put so it can be set up to completely automate the process. Raw material input, vacuum strength, turning on and off the magnetrons, ect.
