I've had this pattern in my queue since the package was released, but seeing your lovely has just moved it way up near the top of my list! And if I have enough yarn left, I'm goign to make a matching bucket hat like you have. So cute!! I am in the process of making my first of MJ's patterns (the Chunky Granny Cardigan) and I'm absolutely loving how it's working up! The pattern is great, and the video tutorial answers any questions I might have had. I highly recommend her patterns if someone is nervous about making a wearable! And thank you for speaking the truth about the reality of making wearables for larger body types. We need to make adjustments on the fly! I have enjoyed watching your trip videos so much!
The c2c blanket is turning out beautiful. Don't frog it. Put it aside until cold weather comes, and you'll be happy it keeps you warm while you're working on it.

So easy to screw up a v stitch! I am a third of the way through a blanket for my grandson. I caught 2 screw ups in time to fix the stitch. But there have been 3 thus far I was not willing to frog back to and just pretended it was perfect! I doubt my grandson will look that close. So, I prayed over the boo boo and I believe he will never notice!! LOL!

I feel ya. I’m making a pair of socks and inadvertently substituted a row of pearls vs. knits in the texture pattern starting at the gusset section. I realized it when I was 10 rows from the toe section. I’m go8 g with it and calling g it a design feature. But now I have to make the 2nd sock the same way so they match and for the same. 😂
I do not have a full allergy to gluten, but thanks to you, I think I do have a sensitivity as I can tell if I have had too much!! I feel so much better when I am careful with the gluten as well as the sugar (I am diabetic ). Thanks for helping educate me!

I’m working on the bands of the sleeves. Why do I have so Much trouble with ribbing. I don know why.
I know what u mean about the stomach that is the one part of my body I'm self conscious about to, I've had 5 kids went from 120 to 198 and now I'm 53 and I'm down to 140 and there is nothing the doctor said would help my stomach except a tummy tuck that's all lol so that's out of the question lol. But yeah I hate it most because I have to get jeans that r too big for me every where except my stomach I can't get the right size jeans for me because they want zip or button lol.

Good morning Jen, isn’t it funny even when you go on vacation you end up needing downtime at home to recover from the trip. I’ve never been to Disneyland or Disney World. I’ve always wanted to go but just never made it. I’m so happy that you and Lucas have been able to do things together just the two of you. Hi, you would love it here in Reno, NV. We have an insane amount of huge bobcats. They're coming down the mountains farther every year. We have to be very careful with ourselves and our pets. It's not uncommon to have bears and bobcats walking around downtown by the casinos, too 😊❤. I love your sweater and hat ❤❤❤❤

I'm sorry your stay in Atlanta wasn't good. I've lived here since 1991 but I'm originally from Ohio. I feel like there are some people who absolutely hate their jobs and I've seen this in every state. Hope you're recovering from your trips! I know my body is a mess. Sleep and gastro stuff always messes me up when i travel! 😖
Six Flags theme park has the Looney Toons characters. We have been to the one here in Santa Clarita, CA many times. So much fun! We have meet Bugs Bunny and the gang, so many memories! You hat and top are so pretty! The purple looks good on you!

That is Atlanta ga for u lol I'm from Augusta ga but I moved to Blairsville Ga North Ga Mountains ⛰️ and man is it Beautiful u have TN 30 min from u and u have NC 30 minutes from and it is a Beautiful place and Meeks park is Gourgous and they have all kind of family events all year long. But Atlanta is a bad place I have stayed in the huge hotel I forgot the name but it is round and tall and the top floor u can sit and have a drink and watch out the window while the whole top floor spin around very slowly and u can over look the whole city,but that's been years ago when my kids were little.

I luuuuuv the Dots hooks. I switched from Clover Amout to Dots because of the length. I don’t have big hands, but I just like a longer hook. Plus I could afford them!
Went to a coffee shop and asked them if they had milk free items they were laughing and carrying on and when I pulled up I told girl that the reason why I asked all those questions was because I am allergic to milk. Could tell the was her first job and she didn’t know about this particular allergy, so I educated her. 😊
I totally understand the food allergies aspect of trusting to eat at places and finding places that won't make you sick when you eat. It's hard for sure. And paying the price for not advocating for yourself is awful. So glad you were finally somewhere safer to eat.

I am allergic to eggs and chicken and potatoes among others but these are bad . When i was in the hospital they brought me a high protein meal . One was eggs and homfries and another was chicken breasts and mashed potatoes. The dietician said they could not accommodate me so i had had lumpy oatmeal for breakfast and rice, corn and carrots for other meals.😢

I have spent so much time crying lately about food , as I said before I have developed food allergies and there have been firsts like pizza ordered for birthdays. It’s so hard and people minimise something so serious. I was crying over the fact I couldn’t order something and actually thought Jen would understand 😂
I really do understand. It gets easier over time. The first year was the worst for me. But even now, i have days where its just hard.
I have bag of from Crown Royal bags I use that for the yarns.
